Blue Ribbon Mentor-Advocate (BRMA) is a comprehensive support program for students in the Chapel Hill - Carrboro City Schools. They provide students with mentoring, tutoring, advocacy, enrichment, leadership training, and scholarship support services. And MISTER DIPLOMAT wants to help!
